• Hamd Institute's summer program will provide each student with an excellent Islamic education in accordance with Quran and Sunnah. The goal is to help students' develop a positive Muslim identity, so that they are spiritually and intellectually capable to compete in today's world.

We seek to instill in our students a strong commitment to faith and community/humanity.

Summer Sessions (Pre-K to 2nd Grade):

The program will include learning Arabic, Quran, Deeniyat, storytelling; as well as fun activities such as crafts, games, and more!

The students will know the basic dos and don’ts of our deen to build their foundation as confident Muslims.

Students will be placed into a class that corresponds to their age group.

Hifdh Intensive (3rd Grade and Above):

Students will focus on the memorization of the Quran, paired with an emphasis on tarbiyah. We will be having two classes, a beginners class and an advanced class.

  • The Hifdh Intensive is a 6-week session with two classes, a beginner class and an advanced class. The beginner class is for people who are still new to memorizing Quran and want to try it out. A prerequisite for the beginners class is that students should be fluent in reading. The advanced class is for the brothers and sisters who are already memorizing the Quran during the year & would like to accomplish more in their Hifdh. We will be testing students on the first two days to determine what level they are at.

Students will not only focus on memorizing the Quran, but also on implementing it into their tarbiyah. Take advantage of this opportunity to begin your journey to the Quran or to take your journey to the next level!

Wednesdays will be an open activity!

  • Students will learn the basics of Arabic grammar and comprehension.

This class is open to High school students and college students who are not enrolled in summer camp. We highly encourage anyone interested in learning Arabic to join!
