Dr. Sammy Alali

Dr. Sammy Alali is an accomplished educational leader with a deep commitment to fostering academic excellence. As the former Principal of an Islamic school in Houston, he successfully led a team of over 30 teachers and staff, cultivated a positive school culture, and increased student enrollment. His leadership was instrumental in implementing organizational goals, overseeing curriculum, and managing school operations.

Prior to his time in Houston, Dr. Alali built a strong foundation in Cleveland, Ohio. His impactful positions there included serving as an Assistant Principal, where he managed teacher recruitment, testing coordination, and implemented behavior management strategies. He also worked as an Action Team Coach for the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, providing instructional coaching to 13 high school assistant principals and leading professional development to drive student achievement.
